Using Garden of Grace Radio

1. Acceptance of these terms

By using gogradio.org, the Garden of Grace backend, or the Grace Stream mobile app when available, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or app.

2. Ministry purpose

Garden of Grace provides Christian radio, devotionals, prayer support, testimonies, community features, and giving opportunities. Content is offered for spiritual encouragement and general ministry use.

3. Not emergency or professional advice

Garden of Grace is not an emergency service, counselling service, medical provider, financial adviser, or legal adviser. If you are in immediate danger or crisis, contact local emergency services or a trusted qualified professional.

4. Prayer requests and testimonies

When you submit a prayer request or testimony, you confirm that you have the right to share it and that it does not contain harmful, abusive, unlawful, private, or misleading content. Submissions may be reviewed, edited for length or safety, approved, declined, or removed at our discretion.

By submitting content, you allow Garden of Grace to display, store, moderate, and use it for ministry purposes across the website, app, admin tools, emails, or related ministry channels.

5. Community conduct

Please treat others with dignity. Do not submit threats, harassment, hate, spam, explicit content, private personal details, confidential information, impersonation, or content that exploits vulnerable people.

6. Live stream and content availability

We aim to keep the radio stream and resources available, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Streams, devotionals, pages, app features, and backend services may change, pause, or be removed without notice.

7. Giving and donations

Giving is voluntary. Payments may be processed by third-party providers such as Stripe. Their checkout, privacy, refund, and payment terms may also apply. Unless required by law or corrected for error, donations are generally treated as final once processed.

8. Intellectual property

The Garden of Grace name, branding, design, text, images, audio curation, and ministry materials are owned by or licensed to Garden of Grace unless otherwise stated. You may not copy, resell, misrepresent, or redistribute them in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership.

9. Third-party services and links

The website and app may link to or use third-party services, including streaming, email, payment, analytics, hosting, and push notification providers. We are not responsible for third-party websites or services outside our control.

10. Admin access

Admin areas are restricted. Do not attempt to access, test, bypass, or interfere with admin tools, APIs, databases, or systems unless you are authorised to do so.

11. Limitation of liability

Garden of Grace is provided on an as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses arising from use of the website, app, stream, submissions, or third-party services.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the ministry, website, app, or backend changes. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated terms.
