How Garden of Grace handles your information

Last updated: 11 July 2026

1. Who we are

Garden of Grace Radio is a digital Christian ministry available through gogradio.org and related ministry tools, including the Grace Stream mobile app when available. You can contact us at hello@gogradio.org.

2. Information we collect

We may collect information you choose to provide, including your name, email address, prayer requests, testimonies, newsletter signups, giving intent, and messages sent through ministry forms.

We also collect basic technical information such as page visits, device type, browser information, referral source, app push notification tokens, and approximate usage activity. This helps us keep the ministry working and understand which resources are helpful.

3. Prayer requests and testimonies

Prayer requests and testimonies submitted through the website or app are reviewed by an admin before they appear publicly. Please avoid sharing private details about other people, medical records, financial details, addresses, or anything you would not want visible to the public.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide the live radio and ministry experience, moderate the prayer and testimony walls, send devotional or ministry updates, register app devices for push notifications, improve the website and app, maintain security, and respond to messages.

5. Donations and payment information

When giving is enabled, payments are processed through a secure third-party payment provider such as Stripe. Garden of Grace does not store full card numbers or card security codes on this website. Stripe's own privacy and security terms apply to payment processing.

6. Firebase push notifications

If you use the Grace Stream app and allow notifications, the app may register a Firebase Cloud Messaging token with our backend. This token lets us send ministry reminders, devotionals, prayer prompts, and service updates. You can disable notifications in your device settings.

7. Cookies and local storage

The website may use browser storage for basic preferences, playback behaviour, admin sessions, and fallback functionality. The backend may also store analytics records so we can understand ministry reach and maintain reliable service.

8. Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share limited information with service providers who help us operate the ministry, including website hosting, email, analytics, payment processing, and push notification services. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect people, the ministry, or the platform.

9. Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed for ministry operations, moderation, security, legal compliance, and record keeping. You may ask us to remove your prayer request, testimony, or subscriber information by contacting us.

10. Children

Garden of Grace is intended for a general audience. Children should use the website or app with guidance from a parent, guardian, church leader, or trusted adult.

11. Your choices

You can unsubscribe from email updates, disable push notifications in your device settings, avoid submitting public prayer or testimony content, and contact us to request correction or removal of information you provided.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the ministry, website, app, or backend changes. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
